The Introduction to Microarray Technology Course, from the Pathogen Functional Resource Center (PFGRC) describes introductory microarray technology and data analysis. This course will be held at JCVI.
The objective of this jamboree is to incorporate expert annotation data into the existing Pathema-Bacillus and Pathema-Clostridium genome submissions, update existing annotation, tag annotation with updated experimental references, and provide the community with the opportunity to become familiar with the annotation procedures in place at JCVI.
The Introduction to Microarray Data Analysis Course, from the Pathogen Functional Resource Center (PFGRC) will provide an overview of the software and techniques used in the analysis of two-dye spotted microarrays. Fundamental data analysis concepts will be taught using a mix of lectures and interactive hands-on sessions. This course will be held at JCVI.
